We Guide You On 3 Key Factors
Intense & Dynamic Workouts
Intense workouts rotating every other day between complete upper body workouts and lower body workouts. Each class is an hour long. The first 5 minutes are for Stretching. We’ll spend 10 minutes focusing mainly on Abs and Obliques. From there, we’ll sweat it out with Fitness Kickboxing for 15 minutes. To wrap our session up, we will work on Resistance and Lifting.
Meal Planning & Nutrition
We currently offer 5 phases of Nutrition. The first 4 phases are provided meal plans upon completion of the one prior, and then the 6th phase is our MACRO courses- where we teach our members how to become their own nutritionists.
Next Level Accountability
No one matches our facility when it comes to Accountability. Each member that elects for accountability weighs in each week or bi-weekly, If a member doesn’t weigh in that week, we will contact them to ensure all is well and they can continue to strive towards their goals.
