Our 30 Day Challenge program is a well-rounded consisting of unlimited workouts per week with a trainer, an individualized meal plan, and weekly accountability. This program is designed to guide you with targeting unwanted fat, eating right, and disciplining yourself to stay on track.
This challenge is suitable for people of all ages and fitness abilities. If you’re already in good shape, it’ll push you to your limits. And if you’re looking for a way to get in shape, the daily workouts, and concentrated intensity will help you get there – fast.
In order to see true change in our body we need intense cardio accompanied by resistance raining. We combine intense rounds of cardio kickboxing along with resistance training (with new combinations created each week). Each workout is a little different, eliminating plateaus and keeping the classes both challenging and fun. Cardio will help burn fat, but you need resistance training as well in order to build muscle. We provide training for those whose goals are either to lose weight or to bulk.

Each member is required to weigh-in each week for the duration of the membership so that no one falls behind or slips through the cracks. If a member doesn’t weigh-in that week, we will contact them to make sure all is well and they can continue to strive toward their goals.

I just finished my 4 week challenge that I started a week before gyms closed for COVID. It was hard to be home and not get to come into the gym but Jesse was amazing with the whole unprecedented experience. He had work outs available everyday with zoom and on Facebook. We still checked in with him, we still followed our individual meal plans. He made it work for all of us and he didn’t let me give up when I wanted to. Jesse and his instructors really care and are dedicated and want you to succeed. They do everything they can to help you reach your goals! If you are struggling they will sit with you and help you find out why and work thru it.
I will tell you, as will Jesse .. you get out of this as what you put into it!! But its totally worth the work! If you work out 3 days a week and follow your meal plan you will be successful!
NLFA isn’t just a gym you get so much more. It’s a great community of people to be a part of, everyone supports each other.
I’ll be honest I did the challenge to lose weight for vacation, I never intended to join but my the time I was done it wasn’t just about the weight loss. It was about transforming my body and being and feeling the best me I can be. I have strength and endurance I never had before. I finally have the support and accountability I need to be the best me!
I lost 17 lbs and 7.6% body fat.
My challenge may be over buy my journey is not. I decided join NLFA because I love it. I love the classes, I love the people. I love being the best me I can be !!

LACEY’S JOURNEY:
I started Next Level before the Coronavirus happened because I wanted somewhere to workout that was different. I get bored very easily and needed to be out of my house and in a class with people to motivate me! I am so happy I made this decision! Obviously when the virus happened I was put on hold, not because of Next Level because they did everything you could think of to help keep us active but being at home just kept me in a slump! I still worked out a home here and there and watched what I ate with Jessie’s help! so I’m glad to say I really didn’t gain more then a couple pounds when we returned! Next Level opened back up a few weeks ago and I have started pushing myself harder and with the help of the Next Level team I am so happy to be back in ONEDERLAND being down 11lbs as of this weekend and down a total of 8 inches!!! I took before and after pictures and couldn’t believe the difference!!
The Next Level team is so supportive and motivating I wouldn’t have been able to get this far without them!~!~!
I’m so happy to say this is just the beginning for me! Much More To Lose!!

Absolutely! We understand what you need. We offer 5 phases of nutritional guidance. The first 4 phases are provided meal plans upon the completion of the one prior. Then, the 5th phase is our MACRO courses where we teach our members how to become their own nutritionists.
No. The difference between a regular diet and Next Level nutritional/ meal planning guidance is that we teach you how to eat for the rest of your life. It’s not a short-term diet, it’s a long-term solution that we provide.

Next level fitness has been a game-changer. I had no motivation going to the gym. Everyone is very supportive and friendly which makes it very welcoming. The trainers make it fun and challenging every class. I joined to stay fit and gain muscle and in the short 2 weeks I have been there I’ve noticed a huge change and can’t wait to see what the next few months bring!
This place isn’t just a gym. It’s the whole package. Fitness, nutrition, and accountability. The workouts are well rounded and the trainers work hard to make sure their clients are progressing and meeting their goals. And it’s ran by the nicest people ever! 10/10 recommend.
I love coming here every week! The workouts, the trainers, and the community of people are amazing and so supportive. Going to a traditional gym is nice, but I need my butt kicked from time to time. This is the place that will do it. I’ve lost almost 40 pounds since coming back to Ohio from being home for Christmas 😁 highly recommend someone checking it out and giving it a try!
